He payed a way for poor people to join engineering. So he is said to be “KANCHI KAMARASAR”
He was born to Balakrishnapillai and Radhabai in Karakottai village, Thiruvanamalai district. He belongs to Yadhava family. His father was a teacher.
He completed his schooling in Melvizharam. He got married with Kanniga parameshwari mam. He blessed with one son and three daughters.
During 1967 he worked as a junior assistant officer in Tellaru Taluk office. Because of his talent he learned the work quickly and get promoted to Social Development officer.
Using his multitalent today he is the founder & managing director for 24 colleges which was a great achievement.
He joined as the chairman of Abethanandha Educational Trust in 1982 and later he started Vivekanandha Technical institution.
Step by step successfully he established Rajineshwari Trust, Jei Mathaajee Teacher’s Training Institute and Radhakrishnan Nursing College.
In 1985 he developed Pallavan Trust. Along with this trust Pallavan ITI, Pallavan Institute of Technology, Pallavan Medical College, Pallavan Engineering College, Kanchi Pallavan Engineering College, Pallavan matric school were successfully running now too.
He also founder of Ambedkar Educational trust. Under this Ranipettai Institute of Technology, Engineering College, Teacher Training Institution, matriculation school were running successfully. He is the best Managing Director of Kanchi Krishna Educational trust, Tirumalai Engineering college, Teacher’s training Institute, Institute of technology, Arts & Science college.
In 1991 he established Srinivasa trust under this Thellaru Raja Nandhivarman Arts & Science college is included.
In 2007 he started Lakshmi narasima Arts & Science college in Chithur.
KALVI KAVALAR Sir is always active, energetic, vibrant person who established primary school to Research Education. He is a man of humanity and simplicity.
In 2008 under Rajineshwari trust he started JEi mathaajee engineering college. It is located in Kanchipuram-Arakonam road. He is the chairman of this college. His only son Mr.Jayaperumal Boss who is equally talented, Disciplined person with all good qualities like his father. He is leds the school & college with quality of education & discipline considering that as a prime motto.
He is the man of “CRISTAL CLEAR SPPECH”
He started Pallavan engineering college under pallavan trust.
He is loved & recognized by many people because of his dedication, hard work, confidence, simplicity, administration, talent, giving up quality, sympathy and devotion.
He always welcome the people with warm hearted smiling.
With his 30 years service 1000 of families get education & indirectly many people got job through his educational service.

Because of role played in education system by our kalvikavalar, Honourable Governor Surjith Singh Burnala has made Kalvikavalar as a syndicate member of Thiruvalluvar University.
He also involved himself in the central government scheme and doing service for “Education to all”
He is also a member of “steel authority of India”
